Product description:
 
2514 is a high heat resistant spray able contact adhesive with high initial adhesion. 
 
The adhesive is highly resistant to aging and weathering, therefore, suitable for surface bonding material mutually and in combination, including:
  •  HPL plastic materials (Duropal, Formica, etc.); 
  •  all-plastic sheet materials (Corean, Marlan); 
  •  sheet metal (aluminium, stainless steel, enamelled   steel, etc.), except for copper; 
  •  Insulation (polyurethane foam board, glass wool,  etc.), except polystyrene foam; 
  •  Wood-based panels (plywood, MDF, etc.); 
  •  Furniture foams (latex, polyurethane foam, etc.); 
  •  Materials such as textiles, cork, leather, hardboard, cardboard, etc.
Technical information:

Based on                 : polychloroprene rubber and resins in solution. 
Specific Gravity : 0,80 ± 0,02 Kg /L. 
Solids content         : 19 ± 0.5%. 
Capacity         : thin liquid. 
Viscosity         : 150 to 350 mPa.s. 
Colour         : pink-red. 
Drying time         : 3-5 min. 20°C; 65% humidity. 
Open time         : 5 – 20 min. 
Consumption         : 3-4m2/L two sides depending on the substrate. 
Heat resistance : +120°C load test, +180°C unloaded (short term).
