Product Description:
 
Is a high temperature-resistant contact adhesive specially developed for use in a curtain coater machine for large industrial production volumes.

The adhesive has excellent application properties and makes strong bonds resistant to high temperatures and aging. 
The adhesive can be used for bonding materials, both mutually and in combination, such as: 
 
• HPL synthetic materials (Duropal, Formica etc.);
• Postforming of all HPL materials ;
• Compact laminate sheet materials (Corean, Marlan);
• Metal sheets (aluminium, stainless steel, enamelled steel sheet, etc. ); with the exception of copper; 
• Insulation materials (polyurethane foam sheets, glass wool, etc.); with the exception of polystyrene foam;
• Wood sheet material (multiplex, MDF, etc.);
• Upholstery foams (latex, polyurethane foam etc.); 
• Materials such as textile, cork, leather, hardboard, cardboard etc. 
 
Technical information:
 
Based on         : Polychloroprene rubber in solution.
Specific weight  : 0.82 ± 0.02 Kg/L.
Solids contents : 15.5 ± 0.5 %.
Physical form         : liquid.
Viscosity         : 150 – 200 mPa.s.                               
 Colour         : pink / red.
Drying time         : 3 –  5 min. +20°C; 65% humidity.
Consumption         : approx. 5 M²/L depending on surface. 
Open time         : 45 min.                                      
Heat resistance : +120°C loaded test +180°C unloaded test (peak).
